The Sony Network Walkman Player NW-E99 - Small Size, Large Storage Space

By Rebecca Blain

The Sony Walkman NW-E99 combines small size and large storage space to give beginner and advance music lovers everything needed to enjoy a high quality music experience.

By providing 1 gb of internal flash memory in a stylish silver package, the device has the capabilities of holding all of the tunes that you need while exercising or simply lounging about listening to your favorite songs. With the ability to play ATRAC3plus, ATRAC3 and MP3 files, you will experience no lack in the type of songs that you can enjoy.

By making use of Sony's new battery system, you can independently enjoy up to 70 hours of music under the power of a single AAA battery. Under the most draining battery conditions, Sony's battery system will allow for roughly 45 hours of music enjoyment. This is 4 times the amount of time you can get with an Apple iPod Shuffle and similar systems. As the system does not use a rechargeable battery, replacing your battery is simply a matter of buying a new AAA and popping it into your Sony player.

In addition to having a long battery life and stylish look, the device is small enough to easily fit into a pocket or purse, letting you carry it without inconvenience. As it only weighs 40 grams, it can even be used for more intensive exercising while still being comfortable.

Included with the NW-E99 is everything that you need in order to get started using your device immediately.

For the accessories, you get a neck strap and carry pouch, a set of ear buds, the device, and all of the required software. Battery is not included. Simply install the included software to your Windows 98SE, ME, 2000 or XP computer with USB support, plug the device in with a USB cable, and download your tunes to your system. Once your songs are transfered, you will be ready to go play your music anywhere you want.
