New Study Analyzes Consumers' Digital Music Listening Habits

According to an article by MusicWeek, a new report by Forrester Research has found that the way consumers use digital music is still a very fragmented affair. The new study entitled, 360-Degree Music Experiences: Use The Cloud To Target Device-Use Orbits, has shown in particular that the majority of digital music listeners are still shackled to their computer due to "limitations of available technology". The study found that the majority of consumers (35.9%) mainly listen to MP3s and physical CDs on their computer (PC).
