Apple bitten by another patent held by Creative

As reported earlier with Microsoft, it appears that Apple may have infringed apon a patent held by Creative Labs, the believed number two producer of MP3 players in the world.
This certainly could mean royalities heading from Apple to Creative, although the appeals process will take some time to sort out.
With the Microsoft incedent and now the Creative Labs one, it appears as though Apple has just ripped everyone else off to produce the iPod. Stay tuned for future updates.
